The Marketing Operations Coordinator manages lead data, contact records, assignments, and lifecycle stages. You will process campaign and event leads, support Marketing, and coordinate with BDRs and Sales. The work includes reporting, documentation, and routine workflow improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage HubSpot lead administration, imports, lists, and segmentation
- Maintain contact records, assignments, and lifecycle stages
- Route leads to BDR and Sales representatives
- Clean, validate, and deduplicate marketing data
- Maintain reports, trackers, SOPs, and documentation
Requirements:
- Previous marketing operations or similar coordination experience
- Hands-on HubSpot experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Understanding of lead management and lifecycle stages
- Residence in Greater Toronto Area and Canadian work authorization
