Operate SECURE’s waste, oil, and water facilities in Drayton Valley, Alberta, using robust communication and safe operating practices. Work rotating 12-hour day and night shifts on a 7-on, 7-off schedule.

As Facility Operator, you manage daily operations across waste treatment, oil treatment, and water injection. The position includes customer communication, hazard assessments, standard operating procedures, environmental protection, and corporate compliance. You also support safe facility maintenance and clear cross-shift documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate the facility safely and accountably each day
- Unload trucks and manage oil, water, and vacuum trucks
- Perform oil treating, waste processing, and solids treating
- Manage water injection, filter changes, and pump maintenance




- Submit truck summaries, checklists, balances, and transfers

Requirements:

- High School Diploma, General Education Diploma, or equivalent
- Current H2S Alive, First Aid, Confined Space, WHMIS, and TDG tickets
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work long hours in demanding conditions
- Valid acceptable driver’s license and successful pre-employment testing
