At Sienna Senior Living, this Registered Practical Nurse position serves seniors who call Aspira home. You will deliver compassionate nursing care, complete assessments, RAPS, and care plans, and support resident self-care. The position requires communication, documentation, and guidance for unregulated care workers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and administer prescribed medications and treatments
- Complete assessments, RAPS, and individualized care plans
- Promote resident self-care, wellness, and preventative health education




- Document concerns and communicate with residents, families, and teams
- Guide, train, and educate unregulated care workers

Requirements:

- Current Ontario Registered Practical Nurse registration
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support Certificate
- Current Medication Administration Certificate
- At least one year of geriatric nursing experience
- Successful Vulnerable Sector Check and Canadian work eligibility
