Your main responsibilities

As Maintenance Storekeeper and Planner, you will:

- Ensure the organization of the maintenance storeroom, including the storage, labelling and location of parts, tools and consumables;

- Keep inventory up to date in Interal and record parts receipts and withdrawals;

- Determine procurement needs with the maintenance team and maintain adequate stock levels, especially for critical parts;

- Request quotes, compare prices, lead times and technical specifications,



then place orders with suppliers according to established procedures and approvals;

- Follow up on orders and deliveries, and contact suppliers in the event of delays or non‑conformities;

- Receive parts and materials, verify that they match the orders and ensure they are properly stored;

- Conduct periodic inventory counts, analyze discrepancies and update data;

- Follow up on returns, warranties and parts sent out for repair;

- Work with the relevant departments to resolve discrepancies between orders, receipts and invoices.

- Integrate health and safety requirements as well as food safety standards into work planning;

- Suggest improvements to work methods, inventory management and maintenance practices to reduce costs and unplanned downtime.

What we are looking for

- Experience in parts management, inventory control or procurement;

- Relevant experience in maintenance planning or coordination in a manufacturing environment;

- Comfortable using the Interal maintenance management software to track work orders, inventory and purchases;

- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in electromechanics or industrial maintenance;

- DEP in Automated Systems Electromechanics or DEC in Electrical Engineering and Automation (an asset);

- Experience in the agri‑food sector (an asset);

- Strong command of Microsoft 365, including Excel, Outlook, Word and Teams;

- Good written and spoken French.
