This Project Control Officer supports a leading financial institution and one of Canada’s Top 5 Banks. The work covers EDO financial processes, annual budgets, business cases, project status, and executive reporting. You will advise Delivery Managers, Project Managers, Officers, and the EDO VP.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and invoice tracking
- Analyze EDO performance, trends, benchmarks, and expenditures
- Prepare annual budgets and support business cases
- Track consolidated portfolio status and financial reporting




- Monitor controls, audits, dependencies, and project scope

Requirements:

- Five to seven years of financial project management experience
- Large-enterprise experience, preferably within banking
- Experience managing high-risk projects exceeding $10M budgets
- Agile project management experience and practices
- Proficiency with CA PPM, MS Project, and PowerPoint
