Matakana Scaffolding seeks experienced Scaffold Lead Hands for long term, fulltime, permanent employment. You will coordinate crews and trades while delivering secure, on-time results. Experience with all-round systems, tube and clamp, and temporary roofing supports the work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead crews of three to six scaffolders onsite
- Erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures
- Plan and organize job sites safely
- Coordinate with managers, team members, and trades
- Handle, transport, and store materials safely

Requirements:

- Proven commercial and industrial scaffolding leadership experience
- Experience with systems, tube and clamp, and temporary roofs
- Knowledge of scaffolding regulations and safety practices
- Ability to work at heights and perform demanding tasks
- Valid driver’s licence and strong communication skills
