This Freight Forwarder Agent manages international and domestic shipments across air, sea, and road transport. You will support clients through documentation, tracking, compliance, and issue resolution. The work requires organized coordination across carriers, customs brokers, overseas agents, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Book and arrange air, sea, and road freight shipments
- Process bills of lading and airway bills
