You will handle service transactions, customer problem resolution, new accounts, and investment advice referrals. You will also support branch operations and promote positive customer experiences.

Responsabilités principales :

- Support scheduled cash and non-cash frontline transactions
- Report critical and non-standard matters to management

Exigences :

- High school diploma or one year relevant experience
- Complete IFC or equivalent within 90 days
- Use Microsoft Office, branch software, and internet tools
- Demonstrate banking solutions and process knowledge
- Communicate courteously with customers and related teams
