WELL Health seeks an experienced Financial Analyst, Clinics Finance, to support reporting and accounting operations across its clinic portfolio. The role covers month-end close, reconciliations, internal controls, and financial analysis. You will collaborate with clinic operations and corporate finance teams while improving processes across a multi-entity setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own day-to-day accounting for assigned clinics
- Complete month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
- Prepare reconciliations and audit-ready supporting schedules
- Analyze clinic profit-and-loss and balance-sheet results
- Explain financial results to clinic and business-unit leaders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline
- CPA designation or active pursuit of CPA certification
- Four to six years of progressive accounting experience
- Understanding of Canadian GAAP, IFRS, and internal controls
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial analysis skills
