This Procurement Specialist supports strategic sourcing, supplier relationships, and contract manufacturing operations. The position uses purchasing analysis, supplier performance monitoring, and risk management to strengthen supply chain performance. You will source raw materials, API components, packaging, and bulk flower products for domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support sourcing and purchasing across domestic and international markets
- Monitor supplier performance, commitments, delivery schedules, and purchase orders
- Analyze pricing, lead times, MOQs, and spending trends
- Track CMO production plans, capacity, costs,



and shipments
- Maintain KPIs, forecasts, scenario analyses, and purchasing records

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in procurement, business, supply chain, or related discipline
- Three to five years of procurement experience
- Experience sourcing materials, packaging, API components, or manufactured products
- Supplier relationship management and negotiation support experience
- ERP proficiency and strong Microsoft Excel skills
