This Maintenance Technician performs routine minor maintenance under the Manager, Operations or Manager, Landscaping Operations. The work covers non-structural repairs, installations, inspections, cleaning, and exterior upkeep. Strong organization, prioritization, and problem-solving support reliable property operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform minor plumbing, carpentry, plastering, and drywall repairs
- Replace light fixtures, ceiling tiles, carpeting, and ceramic tiles
- Maintain repair logs and general building safety records
- Inspect roofs, drains, leaks, and non-vital building systems




- Complete grounds cleaning, mowing, snow removal, and landscaping

Requirements:

- Minimum two years of relevant general maintenance experience
- Excellent organizational skills for maintenance activities and records
- Positive problem-solving skills when addressing property repairs
- Ability to prioritize daily maintenance requirements
- Neat appearance of person and uniform
