Reporting to the Finance Manager, this senior position supports accurate financial information across CMHA HPE programs and departments. It combines financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, Ministry reporting, funding reconciliations, and complex financial models. The analyst also provides recommendations, technical guidance, and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and analyze financial statements, forecasts, and Ministry reports
- Complete funding reconciliations and develop complex financial models
- Provide recommendations to managers and senior leadership
- Support planning, audits, process improvements, and funding compliance




- Guide and mentor finance staff on technical matters

Requirements:

- Diploma or degree in accounting, finance, business, or economics
- Four years of financial analysis, reporting, accounting, and budgeting experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and data modeling
- Knowledge of GAAP, Ontario healthcare standards, and funding reports
- Valid Ontario driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and adequate insurance
