As a Maintenance Assistant, you will complete work orders and assigned maintenance tasks across the community. The position supports resident, family, and team member safety through repairs, inspections, and building operations. Duties include plumbing, electrical, appliance, fixture, HVAC, water, and mechanical system maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete assigned maintenance tasks and community work orders
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, appliance, and fixture repairs
- Assist with painting, refurbishing, and suite make-ready projects
- Support HVAC, water, and mechanical system maintenance
- Perform preventative maintenance, safety checks, and fire drills

Requirements:

- Follow OSHA, fire safety, and infection control standards
- Maintain tools, equipment, and repair inventory
- Support carpet and floor care when needed
- Participate in emergency preparedness activities
- Drive the community vehicle as assigned
