You will handle inquiries related to diabetes, obesity, rare diseases, cardiovascular and liver health, delivering accurate and empathetic support to patients, healthcare professionals, and internal stakeholders. The role requires robust English and French proficiency, 2+ years in pharma/biotech call centers, Salesforce and Vonage
