As a Caseworker with the John Howard Society of Saskatchewan, you will support program participants under a Program Manager’s supervision. The work combines client-centred case management, service delivery, participant supervision, and household operations. You will apply communication, organization, interpersonal, and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Explain program guidelines and expectations to participants
- Provide intensive, client-centred one-on-one case management
- Connect participants with community supports
- Provide stabilization and crisis support




- Maintain confidentiality and model positive behaviour

Requirements:

- Relevant education or minimum one year practical experience
- Experience supporting homelessness, trauma, addiction, mental health, poverty, or child welfare
- Strong writing, case management, verbal, and skilled communication skills
- Valid insurable Saskatchewan driver’s license and required checks
- Availability for rotational weekday and weekend shifts
