The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to help create the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests. You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team on sales, merchandising, and operations, including training Teammates and potentially acting as Store Manager in their absence.
This role progresses from AIT to Assistant Manager with higher duties. Compensation includes an hourly base between $20 and $25 plus a 3% commission on sales for
