Build operational excellence experience with Moderna in Toronto, supporting process mapping and continuous improvement within a 70% in-office internship.

This full time internship runs from May through August 2027. You will support Canadian operations under the Associate Director of Strategy & Operational Excellence. The work covers workflows, standard operating procedures, corporate policies, governance, compliance, and business continuity. You will coordinate cross-functional initiatives while strengthening documentation, controls, and operational reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review workflows and document current-state processes
- Develop process maps, procedures, templates, and trackers
- Support corporate policy updates, implementation, and communication




- Organize governance documentation and track action items
- Coordinate improvement projects and monitor milestones

Requirements:

- Degree enrollment or recent completion in a related field
- Interest in operational excellence and continuous improvement
- Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills
- Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools proficiency
- Availability for the entire May-August 2027 program
