This hands-on Human Resources Generalist supports the Executive Services team and works closely with the Vice President, People & Corporate Services. You will manage recruitment, offers, contracts, onboarding, promotions, probation, terminations, and exit interviews. Key Responsibilities:

- Write and post jobs across Indeed, LinkedIn, and Dayforce
- Source candidates, screen applicants, and coordinate interviews
- Prepare offers, contracts, promotion letters, and employee changes
- Support onboarding, benefits enrollment,



probation tracking, and offboarding
- Implement the Dayforce recruitment module through rollout

Requirements:

- Three years of HR experience, ideally in a corporate setting
- Proven LinkedIn Recruiter recruitment experience
- Knowledge of Ontario employment legislation and requirements
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Solid Microsoft 365, communication, and confidentiality skills
