We're seeking a compassionate and dedicated Casual LPN to join our team in providing exceptional in-home care for a private client with a high-level spinal cord injury.
This is a unique opportunity to work with a 2-to-1 nurse-to-client ratio in beautifully equipped homes in both West Vancouver (Year-round) and Langley (Summer Weekends).

We're Looking For:
A reliable LPN with BCCNM registration who is Experienced in SCI or Intensive Care (Hospital or Rehab), including ventilators and tracheostomies.
Current Role / Schedule Available:
- Casual LPN position - Sick and vacation coverage for 12-hour day (08:00-20:00) and night (20:00-08:00) shifts.
- Hourly Rate: $36.60 to $41.25/hour , based on experience (+$1.50/hour night shift differential).
- Time Off: 10% Vacation Pay (equivalent to 5 weeks per year) + 5 paid wellness days per year.
- Paid Training: Comprehensive orientation, buddy shifts, clinical support and Provincial Respiratory Outreach Program (PROP) Training.
