Manage environmental services at AgeCare Wenleigh, coordinating housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance operations in a regular full time position. Support clean, safe, and comfortable resident surroundings.

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Environmental Services Manager oversees service delivery within the long-term care home. The position coordinates preventive maintenance, supplies, contractors, schedules, reports, and auditing. It also supports Infection Prevention and Control practices and legislative requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance operations
- Oversee preventive maintenance programs and building systems
- Coordinate contractors and external service providers




- Maintain staff schedules and duty assignments
- Implement environmental services auditing programs

Requirements:

- Minimum two years of supervisory experience
- Managerial or supervisory experience in healthcare or relevant settings
- Knowledge of long-term care legislation
- Understanding of occupational health and safety requirements
- Knowledge of maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry procedures
