Serve Plumbing and HVAC customers as an Inside Sales Representative at Noble’s Brantford Profit Centre, using sales and technical support skills daily.
This position maintains and grows Noble’s customer base through qualified service and selling skills. You will identify customer needs, present Noble’s advantages, and support customer spend, loyalty, and retention. Related educational or trade experience is suitable, with training available for the right customer-driven candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer Plumbing and HVAC requests with quotations and technical support
- Create tender quotes, review specifications, and maintain quote logs
- Prepare submittals, receive approvals, and purchase non-stock equipment
- Oversee equipment orders and follow up with vendors and customers
- Collaborate with the profit centre team to close sales
Requirements:
- Superior customer service and strong communication skills
