Build candidate pipelines and represent BRP as a Talent Acquisition Advisor supporting Global Functions. Work with hiring managers across full-cycle recruitment.
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will share the BRP Story and show what makes BRP a unique place to work. You will become an expert in Global Functions while connecting potential candidates with hiring managers. The position combines recruitment or HR advisory experience, sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and relationship building. French language comfort is also required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop candidate pipelines through diverse sourcing methods
- Share market intelligence with Client Groups and HR Business Partners
- Create tailored recruitment strategies for future talent needs
- Advise hiring managers on assessment and full-cycle recruitment
- Lead interviews, debriefs, offers, and process improvement projects
Requirements:
- Recruitment or HR Advisory experience
- University degree in a related field
- Ability to build hiring manager confidence and relationships
- Proven success using varied sourcing strategies
- Comfort working in French
