Coordinate Christmas Kettle locations for The Salvation Army using volunteer supervision, customer service, and secure donation handling. This temporary part time position serves a defined geographical zone.

As Kettle Coordinator II, you oversee several mall, grocery store, and retail outlet locations throughout the Campaign. You support volunteers, coordinate supplies, communicate daily issues, and help maintain donation security. The position requires reliable transportation, accurate reporting, and commitment to The Salvation Army’s mission.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support Kettle delivery before volunteers arrive
- Supervise, support, and assign Kettle Volunteers
- Deliver donations to secure locations after shifts




- Visit locations during shift changes and intermittently
- Submit weekly timesheets and mileage reports accurately

Requirements:

- Some high school coursework; completion is an asset
- One year of related or customer service experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
- Ability to lift 9 to 12 kilograms
- Successful screening and background checks required
