Support laboratory glassware cleaning and waste disposal at Apotex during the afternoon shift, Monday to Friday, from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm.

As a Lab Assistant, you will maintain clean glassware, washing areas, and laboratory supplies. You will also support safety compliance, waste handling, dissolution equipment maintenance, and LIMS entries. Experience in a laboratory workplace is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean laboratory glassware manually and automatically
- Maintain washing areas, sinks, countertops, and orderly workspaces
- Collect and dispose of laboratory waste according to protocol
- Monitor laboratory consumables, cleaning supplies, and glassware inventories
- Maintain dissolution baths and laboratory gas cylinders

Requirements:

- Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in written and verbal English communication
- Knowledge of Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office programs
- Knowledge of laboratory software programs and packages is an asset
- Laboratory environment experience is an asset
