The Assistant Manager II partners with the Store or Multi Store Manager to oversee selling, coaching, merchandising, talent acquisition, and retail excellence. This leadership role uses company tools, reporting insights, customer relationship skills, and product knowledge to support objectives. The position also communicates brand strategy, promotions, contests, and incentives to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Use company tools to deliver sales plans and develop associates
- Identify performance gaps through reporting tools and business acumen
- Coach associates while supporting growth and development
- Conduct interviews and acquire talent with the Store Manager
- Maintain merchandising, brand, and operational standards

Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED
- At least one year of experience
- Expertise in every aspect of store operation
- Detail-oriented approach and critical thinking
- One year of previous leadership experience preferred
