This Maintenance Attendant performs routine maintenance and repairs throughout the Resort. The work includes air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, pool maintenance, and basic furniture repairs. You will also install fixtures, replace televisions and cable boxes, and protect guests and colleagues by reporting hazards and malfunctioning equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs in guest rooms
- Complete basic air conditioner repairs and filter changes
- Repair tiles, drapes, fixtures, furniture,
and plumbing
- Maintain pools, chemical levels, valves, filters, and wall coverings
- Report hazards and malfunctioning equipment promptly
Requirements:
- Experience in a related field or technical school
- Experience in one or more building trades
- Familiarity with hand and power tools
- Valid Ontario driver's license with clean driving record
- Eligibility to work in Canada
