Estimate civil construction projects across Toronto and surrounding areas while managing bids, project administration, and field support. This hybrid position combines cost estimating with project management.

Reporting to the Estimating Manager, the Estimator contributes to profitability through estimating, bidding, and managing civil construction work. The established family-run business serves road construction, aggregate materials, and infrastructure maintenance markets. Projects span ICI, municipal, and subdivision sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare competitive cost estimates using productive construction practices
- Monitor local markets and pursue aligned construction projects
- Finalize and submit bids with the Estimating Manager
- Administer bonding, permits, schedules, purchase orders,



and subcontracts
- Support site meetings, changes, invoicing, and quantity measurements

Requirements:

- Four or more years of construction estimating experience
- Road construction, paving, or civil infrastructure experience preferred
- Experience with ICI, municipal, or subdivision projects
- Proficiency with office and estimating software; BID2WIN is an asset
- Valid Ontario Driver’s License and reliable vehicle access
