Maple Leaf Foods needs an MRO Coordinator skilled in inventory management, warehousing, and purchasing within an industrial manufacturing setting.
Reporting to the MRO Leader, this experienced specialist maintains long-term inventory and warehousing strategies. The position supports Maintenance by balancing equipment-failure risks, acceptable inventory levels, and available tools. You will apply MRO best practices, Standard Operating Procedures, CMM systems, and Microsoft Office while collaborating across operational teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with Planners to confirm parts availability before scheduling
- Kit and stage parts for scheduled maintenance work
- Review stock levels, lead times, and vendor part numbers
- Conduct physical inventory cycle counts
- Preserve spare parts and manage warehouse storage
Requirements:
- At least three years in inventory, warehousing, or purchasing management
- Supply management, finance, or business diploma required
- University degree preferred
- English communication skills, written and verbal
- Microsoft Office, CMM, and Standard Operating Procedures experience
