Government Recruitment Service is seeking a Verification Assurance Officer to join an in office team in Stratford. You will work with Jobcentre colleagues to verify identification, housing costs, and other Universal Credit elements, interviewing claimants and handling verification tasks on the frontline.
Travel between sites may be required. You will educate customers on responsibilities and report trends to risk teams, contributing to fraud prevention and performance improvements within DWP.
