Reporting to the designated Pharmacy Manager, this Pharmacist ensures prescriptions are dispensed accurately, safely, timely, and completely. The work includes medication administration verification, critical medication dispensing, palliative care response, and delivery coordination. CareRx supports long-term care, retirement, and congregate living communities across Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

- Dispense medication orders accurately, safely, timely, and completely
- Verify safe and appropriate medication administration




- Assess and dispense critical medications
- Respond rapidly to palliative care prescriptions
- Coordinate drug deliveries with the delivery team

Requirements:

- Current Ontario College of Pharmacists licensure in good standing
- Strong healthcare team partnership skills
- Effective organization, planning, and time management
- Critical thinking, prioritization, and independent work abilities
- Injections and APA certification preferred
