Deliver customer service and sort donations as a Store Associate with The Salvation Army Thrift Store. This is a permanent full-time position with a variable schedule.

The Salvation Army Store Associate supports ongoing retail operations through customer interactions, transactions, merchandise processing, and inventory control. The position contributes to sales targets while maintaining organized, attractive, and safe store areas. You will assist customers, donors, volunteers, staff, and vendors while reporting directly to the Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and donors courteously throughout store operations
- Complete cash and debit transactions accurately
- Sort, price, hang, pack, and store donations
- Replenish sales floor inventory and support displays
- Maintain safe, clean, organized store areas

Requirements:

- Support The Salvation Army mission and purpose
- Follow OH&S; regulations and safety procedures
- Ability to stand, twist, bend, crouch, and reach
- Ability to lift or move 30 pounds
- Availability for weekdays and/or Saturdays
