As a Virtual Receptionist, you will answer patient calls, manage appointments, and coordinate with Virtual Assistants. Your work helps practitioners reclaim time while ensuring patients receive accurate, professional support. The position suits experienced clinic receptionists who know Jane and understand healthcare administration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer patient calls for a group of clinics
- Book, change, and cancel appointments in Jane
- Resolve questions during the first call whenever possible




- Coordinate details and follow-ups with Virtual Assistants
- Protect patient information under PIPEDA and HIPAA standards

Requirements:

- Three-plus years of healthcare or wellness clinic administration
- About two years using Jane for scheduling and invoicing
- Excellent verbal communication and skilled phone manner
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Canadian location and Monday-to-Friday availability required
