Operate modern production equipment at Norbec’s Strathroy facility while building skills across manufacturing operations and material handling. Work rotating 12.5-hour day and night shifts.

As a Production Operator, you will support insulated metal panel and walk-in cooler manufacturing. The position involves equipment monitoring, inventory movement, production documentation, and basic adjustments. You will contribute to safe, efficient, high-quality operations while working across multiple production areas.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor production equipment safely and efficiently
- Handle materials using forklifts and material-handling equipment
- Track inventory, bundles, components, and production materials




- Complete documentation and data entry for product traceability
- Maintain organized areas and participate in 5S activities

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn production processes
- Robust attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Basic computer skills and production systems experience
- Forklift or overhead crane experience or certification is an asset
