As a Financial Services Representative, you will understand Member needs and recommend suitable financial products and services. The role combines front-line transactions, account opening, credit conversations, wealth referrals, and relationship growth. You will also support branch results and internal partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete front-line transactions for Members’ daily banking needs
- Identify needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions
- Open recent accounts using account-opening strategies
- Provide credit recommendations within approval limits




- Refer opportunities to Wealth and Small Business partners

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience is an asset
- Financial services sales environment experience is an asset
- Strong financial industry knowledge and business acumen
- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
