We’re seeking a detail-oriented Communications Coordinator for a 2-year hybrid contract in Toronto to support internal communications across a large financial organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys high-volume, execution-focused writing and content coordination while maintaining robust brand and formatting standards.

What You’ll Do

- Draft internal communications using established templates
- Build weekly news digests
- Compile content for newsletters and enterprise channels
- Support cyclical updates and recurring assets
- Provide proofreading and light editing
- Ensure compliance with brand voice, tone, and formatting

Must-Have Qualifications

- 1-3 years (max 4) in corporate communications,



editorial, journalism, or marketing
- Strong writing skills with proven adherence to voice/tone guidelines
- Excellent attention to detail and formatting discipline
- Ability to manage multiple small tasks consistently
- Experience with templates, shared drives, and content coordination

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

- B2B writing experience
- Experience in Financial Services
