This part-time Hospitality Associate position serves Bistro 2 Go at Mary Keyes Residence within Hospitality Operations. You will support customer service, cashiering, facility operations, and Second Cup standards. The schedule offers 24 to 39.5 hours weekly, with shifts Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform fast, accurate customer transactions
- Maintain supplies, cleanliness, and tidiness throughout service areas
- Deliver and receive change from other cashiers
- Prepare accurate reports and maintain records
- Support opening and closing responsibilities when required
Requirements:
- Minimum two years’ fast-paced cashier experience
- Successful completion of the Cashier Proficiency Test
- Successful completion of Second Cup training
- Valuable communication, reading, writing, and English skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
