Maintenance Production Support focuses on supporting production operations from machine preparation through equipment repair. You will set up work cells, prioritize repairs according to production schedules, and identify malfunctions in a manufacturing environment. The position also includes plant-related maintenance, spare parts documentation, and maintenance records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize repair jobs according to production schedules
- Swap equipment when timely breakdown repairs are impractical
- Repair or replace defective machinery parts
- Detect and troubleshoot equipment irregularities and malfunctions
- Complete plant-related maintenance as required
Requirements:
- Two or more years of industrial maintenance experience
- Experience in a manufacturing workplace
- Mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical knowledge
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and blueprints
- Availability for night shifts
