Support FLINT’s safety culture through HSE training, hazard assessments, and incident investigations across Canada’s energy and industrial markets.

This HSE Advisor coordinates daily Health, Safety, and Environment activities while providing guidance to operations. Reporting to the HSE Manager, you help management and crews understand safety requirements and support compliance with legislation, regulations, policies, and internal protocols. The position also works with subcontractors and client representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily HSE function activities
- Participate in pre-job and client meetings
- Assist with workplace inspections and hazard assessments
- Advise workers on legislation and safety best practices
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

- Skilled certification as NCSO required
- CRST or CRSP designation considered an asset
- HSE Management Systems experience required
- Internal Auditor certification with Energy Safety Canada or ACSA considered an asset
- Drug and alcohol testing required for this safety-sensitive position
