You will handle inquiries related to diabetes, obesity, rare diseases, cardiovascular and liver health, delivering accurate and empathetic support to patients, healthcare professionals, and internal stakeholders. The role requires solid English and French proficiency, 2+ years in pharma/biotech call centers, Salesforce and Vonage
