As Accessories Product Coordinator, you will support BRP’s Global Accessory Product Strategy Team under the Accessories Global Product Manager. You will research market trends, define products, and guide development with Design and Engineering. The work also connects with Planning, Marketing, Sales, Business Intelligence, and International departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research market trends and identify portfolio opportunities
- Collaborate with Selling Regions on global product offerings
- Lead accessory portfolio processes with Design and Engineering
- Forecast sales, penetration,
and product cannibalization
- Maintain financial business cases and validate project profitability
Requirements:
- Deep Side-by-Side, Powersports, or Automotive industry knowledge
- Knowledge of Powersports Parts and Accessories business
- University degree or relevant position experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Robust analytical, communication, and prioritization skills
