Maintain a residential property in the GTA as a Live-In Building Superintendent, using hands-on repairs and dependable resident service. Support daily operations closely with the assigned Property Manager.
Larlyn seeks an experienced superintendent for a well-maintained residential building. You will keep common areas clean, safe, and well-run while handling routine maintenance, inspections, work orders, and resident requests. The role also includes suite turnover, documentation, contractor access, and emergency response.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect buildings, common areas, and exterior property regularly
- Complete minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and drywall repairs
- Respond promptly to resident requests and complete work orders
- Prepare suites for turnovers, move-ins, and move-outs
- Follow emergency, fire safety, and incident-reporting procedures
Requirements:
- Significant building superintendent or residential maintenance experience
- Solid general maintenance and repair skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
