Reporting to the Manager, Food and Beverage, the Sales and Catering Coordinator manages inquiries, proposals, contracts, and post-event follow-up. This full-time position requires sales experience, operational collaboration, accurate records, and solid computer literacy. The coordinator supports catering and banquet functions while maintaining service and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Solicit new business through cold calling and networking
- Respond to catering inquiries from potential and existing clients
- Develop customized proposals, menus, and contracts
- Create and manage Banquet Event Orders accurately
- Supervise event setup, execution, teardown, and inspections

Requirements:

- Minimum two years’ sales and catering experience
- Tripleseat experience required; Squirrel experience is an asset
- Serving it Right certification is mandatory
- Strong MS Office and computer literacy skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Gaming License
