As a Bilingual Business Development Consultant, you will engage financial advisors and field staff for Manulife’s Guaranteed Wealth Solutions. The work centers on segregated funds, annuities, GICs, relationship development, and strategic outbound calling. This position also provides a training platform for future field sales roles through Manulife’s proprietary continuous training program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make at least 60 outbound calls daily to financial advisors
- Develop, maintain, and expand advisor relationships
- Gather practice intelligence through question-based selling
- Position segregated funds, annuities, and GICs
- Track activity and leads using Salesforce
Requirements:
- Minimum two years financial services or sales experience
- Proven proactive sales and cold calling success
- Related college or university degree, or equivalent experience
- Bilingual English and French communication skills
- Knowledge of guaranteed wealth products preferred
