Support student safety and independence as a Specialized Educational Intervenor with YORK CATHOLIC DISTRICT SCHOOL BOARD across North and West schools.

This temporary, itinerant position supports students from K-12 with moderate to severe safety or physical needs. Under principal supervision, you will implement Individual Education Plans, use accommodations and strategies, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. The assignment is 10 months, 35 hours weekly, with a current location at St. Jean de Brebeuf CHS in Woodbridge.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement Individual Education Plans in classrooms and school communities
- Provide direct coaching, modeling, and student support
- Track behaviour, goals, observations, and daily logs
- Follow Safety, Behaviour Support,



and Medical Management Plans
- Support communication, self-regulation, routines, and independence

Requirements:

- Related community college diploma or approved Ontario certification
- Minimum three years of recent relevant clinical experience
- Current approved crisis intervention practitioner certification
- Updated first aid and CPR training
- Reliable transportation for travel between schools
