Use mechanical troubleshooting and preventative maintenance skills as a Licensed Millwright supporting food manufacturing operations. Work across four locations: Mississauga, Brampton, North York, and Vaughan.
This Maintenance Mechanic Level 1 position supports production in packaging, processing, and facilities. You will maintain equipment according to food safety and GMP requirements. The work includes installation, repair, adjustment, and troubleshooting of industrial machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, modify, repair, and maintain processing equipment
- Troubleshoot machinery, facilities, and packaging equipment
- Read blueprints, diagrams, and schematic drawings
- Assemble, disassemble, relocate, and set up equipment
- Complete electronic shift reports and organize tools
Requirements:
- Millwright license or equivalent experience
- Five to seven years of mechanical and electrical experience
- Experience with machine shop tools and equipment
- Knowledge of preventative maintenance programs
- High school diploma or equivalent
