This position suits Alberta ECE Level 2 or Level 3 educators with licensed childcare experience. You will support infants, toddlers, and preschoolers while assisting Lead Teachers. The work requires classroom adaptability, strong communication, and dependable supervision across assigned campuses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide classroom and staffing ratio coverage across assigned campuses
- Support children through routines and learning activities
- Assist Lead Teachers with activities, transitions, and supervision
- Maintain safe, nurturing, engaging learning environments
- Follow childcare licensing, health, and safety requirements
Requirements:
- Alberta ECE Level 2 or Level 3 certification
- One to two years’ Canadian licensed childcare experience
- Flexibility to travel between assigned campuses
- Availability for early mornings and late afternoons
- Valid vulnerable sector criminal record check
