As Production Supervisor, you will guide daily production activities, support employee performance, and maintain operational and quality standards. Your work will include reagent preparation, quality control testing, equipment operation, documentation, inventory transactions, and cross-functional collaboration. The role supports continuous improvement and reliable production delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate assignments, staffing, schedules, priorities, and production targets
- Supervise, train, coach, and provide feedback to production employees
- Conduct reagent preparation, testing, packaging, calibration, and maintenance
- Ensure product quality, records, traceability,



and deviation escalation
- Maintain production and inventory transactions using Oracle Fusion ERP

Requirements:

- Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Biology, or equivalent
- Three to five-plus years in laboratory or regulated manufacturing
- At least one year supervising manufacturing or production employees
- Knowledge of chemistry, calculations, laboratory practices, and controlled processes
- Strong communication, coaching, documentation, and collaboration skills
