As a Consultant or Senior Consultant, you will work within Optis Consulting’s Zip practice. The work combines stakeholder interviews, requirements gathering, procurement data analysis, and end-to-end process mapping. You will configure procurement software, coordinate project activities, and prepare findings and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify stakeholders and analyze organizational change impacts
- Assess client readiness, maturity, and organizational attributes
- Create change strategies for desired future S2P states
- Design communications, training,



and knowledge transfer activities
- Report updates and recommendations to project and executive sponsors

Requirements:

- Two or more years in consulting or procurement
- One or more years using Source-to-Pay solutions
- Experience leading small projects
- University degree or diploma in a relevant field
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
