The Agile Process Specialist facilitates pods spanning Product Management, UI/UX Design, Business Analysis, and Software Development. You will coach pods and Product Owners, facilitate ceremonies, and improve delivery outcomes. The role supports clear requirements, predictable delivery, smooth releases, and continuous improvement across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate planning, prioritization, requirements, and release readiness activities
- Coach pods and Product Owners on Agile and Lean practices
- Track work, priorities, dependencies, risks, and blockers
- Communicate release timelines and expectations to partners




- Improve workflows, meetings, decisions, and delivery practices

Requirements:

- 5+ years total experience, including 3+ Agile delivery years
