This Sales Associate role supports print and customer service areas through informed recommendations and the store’s selling model. You will engage customers, process POS and shipping transactions, fulfill print orders, and maintain service standards. Collaboration with store leaders supports sales and margin goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and identify engagement opportunities
- Offer tailored products and services using the selling model
- Handle POS, shipping, and marketing-tool transactions
- Perform in-store print production and fulfill customer orders
- Maintain print supplies, merchandising, signage, and inventory controls
Requirements:
- Three months to one year of prior retail experience preferred
- Robust customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to maintain Health & Safety policies
- Ability to follow Asset Protection and Privacy Policies
